| Some of the posters had good tips... you need to ditch the isolated exercises and focus on the exercises that works large muscle groups. Also... I think you work out too much. You shouldn't workout more than 1 hour 3X a week. Eat more. Are you drinking a pre-, during and after workout shakes? |

| Yea i have been inundated with info, but I'm starting rippetoe tmrw as a trial then im gonna go mon, wed, fri as for these high calorie diets, 5 meals per day, and multiple protein shakes - is this only on workout days or everyday? also, where should I mix in cardio,? because I need to lose some fat |
