Gender: | Hey guys and gals, My name is Casey and I just registered today. I'm starting a bodybuilding program for the first time. I downloaded a proven routine from Shawn LeBrun called get huge and shredded. Like I say this is all new to me and I need as much help as possible. I'm 5'6 and weigh 145 lbs. I'm not a bean pole and I think my arms, etc, are decent considering I have never lifted weights. I have little gut that I hate and I want so much to get ripped and pack on muscle mass. I think the shawn Lebrun routine is good, however I'm confusted on what and how much to eat. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

Gender: | I downloaded the routine from his website, it cost me $40. Maybe stupid on my part. But the weight lifting and cardio routines are real similar to other big name builders like Christopher Mohr and Lee Haney. The part that confuses me is the meal plan I should take. Like I said I want to get up to around 180 and then go from there, but I want to pack on muscle, not be a fat slob. Help me with my meal plans and how many calories per day and how many from each macronutrient. Thanks |
