Default New PR for DL's (for reps)!!

Well, today I hit a PR for deadlifts for reps: 285 for 5x5. Then I threw up.

Closest I ever came to this was 5,5,5,4,3

LOL got to love deadlifts 5x5's. They used to make me fucking sick as hell when I was on the that routine also, one time they even made me pass out

Congrats on the PR. Stick to em, deadlifts help you build your core strength so much that the pain is worth it in the long run.

I love deads! But I never really really incorporated them into my routine before I started the 5x5.

No wonder why you hit that PR! I've yet to see someone run this particular program and NOT hit a PR. There's one guy at another site who hits new PR's every week!
