Gender: | It would help to know what excersises you were doing but lifting a high volume on all your muscles twice a week isnt the best way to go about things. From the looks of things your not trying to gain muscle but a rest day never hurt anyone. stickies work wonders |

Gender: | We need more information such as specific exercises (to include sets, reps and weight) to better help you. From what I see what you are doing now is not the best program for you to help achieve your goals. Read the stickies on the site to help you not only with cutting up but also for finding a good program to make gains on. Good luck!! ![]() |

| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Your diet needs a lot of attention, but I understand that it's extremely difficult finding time in high school. However, keeping a small supply of food in your locker to scarf down between classes will certainly help you. It's all about dieting. So results won't come as quickly as you'd like. In regards to your training, IME you're doing too much. |
