Default New Program

I'm trying to drop body fat % to look good; get a cut look for the summer, this is what my routine looks like as of now:

Monday-Chest,Tri's, and Bi's

Tuesday-Cardio (Either a 2 mile run or HIIT in the AM)

Wednesday-Legs, Back, Shoulders

Thursday-Cardio (same as Tuesday)

Friday- Repeat Monday

Saturday- Repeat Wednesday

Sunday- Cardio (Same as rest of week)

This is what my diet looks like:

Breakfast-oatmeal w/blueberries and egg whites

Lunch-Sandwhich on whole wheat with sugar free jam and protein bar, and apple

Dinner-chicken breasts or ground turkey patties and whole wheat tortilla or pita and veggies

Protein shake (PWO) on lifting days

This is during school, which i have about 2 weeks remaiing of. Once summer begins I will change lunch up with a Tuna sandwhich without mayo on whole wheat bread most likely

I need all the criticism that's coming my way so dont hold back

It would help to know what excersises you were doing but lifting a high volume on all your muscles twice a week isnt the best way to go about things. From the looks of things your not trying to gain muscle but a rest day never hurt anyone. stickies work wonders

We need more information such as specific exercises (to include sets, reps and weight) to better help you. From what I see what you are doing now is not the best program for you to help achieve your goals. Read the stickies on the site to help you not only with cutting up but also for finding a good program to make gains on. Good luck!!

Your diet needs a lot of attention, but I understand that it's extremely difficult finding time in high school. However, keeping a small supply of food in your locker to scarf down between classes will certainly help you.

It's all about dieting. So results won't come as quickly as you'd like. In regards to your training, IME you're doing too much.
