Gender: | Someone on the forum board told me to go and do this lifting routine. Was thinking of starting it once I am no longer sick with a fever. Yea, it sucks, cuts into lifting/cardio big time. Kind of nice though lol, been lazy the last few days and just slept all day. But was this one from T-Nation. Chad Waterbury's 10x3 program. It mainly shows that I work out my back/shoulders/and legs.
