Default new to training

first off I am 5'11 and weigh 175.36 yrs old.I have lost about 10 lbs over the past couple of months and I wanted to start weight lifting just to get into better shape and to look better of course.I got a Impex home gym and started training 3 days a week M/W/F.After things I have read my workout that I put together is as follows.

Lat pull downs
Seated row
Flat bench press
Incline bench press
Military press
shoulder press
Leg ext
All above are preformed with heavy weights in 2 sets of 8 reps
Standing leg curl 2 sets of 10 reps per leg
ab crunch 2 sets of 25

I know it seems like allot but I can complete a workout in about an hour.

As far as diet.I cut out soda and drink allot of water.cut out chips and candy.I eat animal crackers in the morning have a good lunch and and snack on more animal crackers in the afternoon. And then have a good dinner.I know that I could eat smarter but I cant eat every 2 or 3 hours with my job and all.I have noticed that I am not wanting snacks as much due to the amount of water I am drinking.(I think).I think that maybe a coupe of protein bars throughout the day would do me some good but I don't know?I read allot about doing squats and dead lifts.I don't have any free weights but I'm looking into getting some dumbbells.I guess what I am looking for is just some info so that I can make better choices early on..Like I said I am new to all of this and would like any advise that you can give me...

And please take it easy on the noob...

Thanks in advance.....Cly

Don't know much about all the different Impex products but it seems they are pretty basic and mostly limited to upper body. Some dumbells would be nice but I would actually urge you to save you money and get a squat rack + barbell and weights and do those squats and deadlifts. You'll prob want the dumbells too, of course.

*BTW when I say squat rack I really mean a power cage or something with multiple positions and safety catch pins.

No legs? FYI, squats, deadlifts and powercleans are some excercises that produce the most test flow in your body.
Point being if you squat more, you'll bench more.
