Gender: | i need some help. i get 45 minutes every Monday, and Wensday to lift. but i get all the time i need on the weekends to lift. what should my new be, and be scheduled? |

Gender: | other then that, your new workout schedule should be workout 45 mins on mon. and wed. and workout a lot on the weekends. |
