I don't even remember where I read it. Hope that helps ![]() EDIT: I don't remember whether it was the Nicotine that was the problem. |

Gender: | I don't know about the study.. But I know I have put on 25 lbs since I quit smoking and all my lifts are through the roof.. Just personal experience.. Not sure if there is any correlation.. |

Gender: | No bodybuilders are immune to the effect of nicotine. We can also beat ourselves upside the head with a 12 pound mall daily with no adverse consequences. Yes, nicotine does help people keep fat off but it does so in a way that ain't good for you. And it ain't good for your training. |
