Default Nood here, hepl with bulking please

I am trying to bulk up my upper, I've been working out for about 6 months now and my legs have bulked up nicely but my upper body is lagging behind. But, i have lost about 20 lbs over these 6 months and all my 1 rep maxs have gone up alot.

I'm 5'9'' 195 lbs. and 25 years old.

My goal is to add around 10lbs or so of muscle and then get cut. i work out 3 times a week. I currently take CEE for a supplement and a multi vitamain.

i would greatly appreciate any and all advise given. If you can recomend a workout or another supplement that would be awsome.

thanks,
chuck
