aight cool. ill up the poundage then. i read somewhere that supersetting was good. but ill just put more weight on. i was only doing it with 225 though. i honestly did it that light because i got an exertional headache my prior leg workout, and my head didnt full recover for a bit so i was tryin to not over do it. so the supersetting stil gave me somewhat of a good feel.

i know what the exertional headache came from though so i should be better off this go round. ill mess around with 250 to 275 range

Holy hell mostaface you are a BIG dude! Nice work on the weights too, damn you're strong.

Well now my PR sounds a little less impressive but I will post it nonetheless.

Yesterday I did max bench day and my goal was 215lbs but that felt so easy that I put 225lbs x 1!

I was pretty stoked about finally makin it to the 2 wheels per side club.

Oh yeah, and I finally hit 185lbs like I wanted to. This is the heaviest I've been while actually still being reasonably thin.

thank IW, but i still got a long way to go to get to where i want to be. and f.y.i, all PRs are impressive. what i lift doesnt make you strong. work to impress yourself, and the ladies of course


oh and 0311 i tried to do that 315 for 20 reps yesterday. i got to 11 and felt an exertional headache coming on. felt like i had more in the tank so i knew i could stuggle to 20. but if i let an exertional headache get to bad that could mess up my squats for weeks. im gonna stick to gvt with moderate weight for a few weeks, and i put it on everything i love i will get that 20

I know I don't post much, but I'm about 7 months in and this weekend I reached a goal.

Bench 275x1

I'm still Squating 300 I have run out of weight.


Deadlift 260x1

I hope to Bench 300 by April.

Well a couple things to report here. I'm 3 weeks out to Cancun and I had my BF measured with an 11 (I think?) point skin fold test.

I'm at my lowest BF ever of 10.73%. Hoping to get sub 10 before I go!

Also, pulled a 145kg x 1 DL (~320lbs) the other day. I was pretty happy considering my diet is severely limiting my gains for now.

Good work to everyone else. You're all doing well. Keep it up!

ENORIS, You're almost to the 3,4,5 club! Holy crap, thats huge.
