I'm guessing you're talking about bench. Good work. That's up quite a bit from your last post.

i just did a PR on the bench with my pyramid sets.

set 1- 245- 12 reps
set 2- 275- 10 reps
set 3- 315- 6 reps
set 4- 405- 2 reps
set 5- 245- 15 reps

i would like to get 8 reps of 315 and the past 2 times i did this i did 365 4 reps on the 4th set but i just put 405 on to try it. the thing i am most happy about was doing the 245 15 reps at the end. I usually get to 10 and get stuck. i felt like i could have squezzed another but i didnt have a spoter. i do the last set till failure if possible.

ill post some different lifts up soon

Nice numbers monsta

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
