Gender: | lets see back around June 8th my max's were 190x1 on bench, 175ishx1 on A2G squats=just started A2G squats around June 8th and i didnt max out so i dont know what my max was but i know i have increased alot since then, im just guessing wut my max was. lets see deadlifts were 315 whenever i maxed out last and powercleans were like 170 something i think. and now as of August 16th my bench max is 205x1, A2G squats 275, Deadlifts 325x1, and i will find out wut my powerclean is on the 18th probably so i will get that posted on here when i find out. but yeah...I am soo Happy!!!! i've only been lifting for a little over a year and i have made some huge gains. i've added like 100+lbs to my bench since i started, 150+lbs to my squats, probably around 100+lbs to my powercleans in the past 8 months, im not sure about my deadlifts though. i want to get a digital camera or something so i can take some good b4 and after pics so down the line i can put them in order and see my gradual progression. I love lifting weights. I wish there were some powerlifting clubs or something where i live. or atleast some other young kids my age who are into compound lifts. |

While you're doing all the lifts noone else your age would bother with, you'll develop a explosive strength base compared to them. You'll see them doing endless concentration curls building biceps made out of 16" of cotton candy while you're getting solid power packed muscle. Quote:

Gender: | Hey ya'll I just broke my pr on bench again. I got up 210x1 earlier!!! that means that in a little over 2 months i added 20lbs to my max! I think that is pretty awsome. 20lbs is a pretty good amount of weight for bench. |
