Hit 545 on deads, wasnt planning to just worked out that way

Hit 315 on squats for a 1x5 and then a 1x3! from 285x5...30lbs PR and then some

didnt sleep for more than 5 hours in 2 nights and did 5x5 squats with 225 lbs...can this count?

on a more serious note: hit a 185x4 bench. new record. old 1RM used to be 185
