Gender: | i got somethin to showoff about! I usually do situps of 25x4 sets. I always push the limit a bit, its my nature...so anyways the gym was closin up and i didnt have time...so i tried to do as much as i can without stopping! I was able to do FIFTY that is 50!!!! LOL maybe it isnt much for u pros up here but for me that was quite a great achievement! my abs were ripped and strong and i really felt their true power....Everyone at the gym was amazed! lol that was a really good time. Comment! |

Gender: | i finally hit 250 on bench today, tryed 255 and it nearly caved my chest in. lol. i guess rippetoes is a good program. 5 pounds on my 1RM in what 3.5 weeks. thats pretty good for lately. |
