Default oh the cold weather..

Ok so I love lifting and all..but I hate running on treadmills, but i can't run outside due to Wisconsin cold weather and snow..it's retarded..and @ my gym there is nothing else or any room to do anything such as jump roping. I have to lose bodyfat..i feel so depressed because i lift and all but i still have high bf..prob around 20%..and i remember when i was running everyday after i was working out i dropped so much bf and now i gained it all back..i weigh about 200 and was 169 at one point..it sucks and feel like shit and i hate school and work then working out..idk if it's just my hectic schedule that i don't want to do anything anymore but advice would be nice..going for a kinesiology degree for health+fitness management but the classes seem vigorous..chemistry,anatomy etc..along with a part-time job and working out and visiting my gf 45 minutes away from where i live and being with her..DOES ANYONE ELSE GO THROUGH THIS!!??!?! if so i need your sympathy...ASAP..thankyou

Tuna, I feel for you...I really do, but it could be worse. For example, you could be married with 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) full time active duty military with 34 people working for you full-time on a $75 million budget serving over 150,000 military retirees and beneficiaries. Oh and by the way with starting a Masters degree program try and fit in 4 days in the gym. Just a very personal example. Just about everyone on the site is busy so yes we feel for you (at least a little), but don't get discouraged....just train smart. Good luck.

Yeah, same thing here. Work about 30 hrs/wk + school + school work + making it to the gym...no time. It can be discouraging. Just remember that it's all a slow process...stick with it. The results will come. Dump your girlfriend...that will give you a lot more time!

You will be alright. Just be careful about the girlfriend cause dumping can cause a lot of other problems later on.....

Cheer up mate. You've got lots to be happy about. Think more about the positive stuff like you do have a gf that you're close with, you are going to they gym and doing something for yourself, you're able to go to school etc.

Just keep smashin the metal,
