Default Ok, I just need to know a good set plan for what days to work out what.

Like Mondays for chest, Tuesdays for biceps, so and so.

Something that shows results and works well. I have been working out for 2 years and just keep switching around with my workout partner. I don't work out legs so if someone can help it would mean a lot.

Thanks.

How many times are you going to ask for advice before you start following it?

everything related to that question of yours: "a good set plan for what days to work out what" is answered in something on this forum called a "Stickie"

what this "Stickie" describes (under the link to the training part of the forum) are more than 2 dozen different workouts that you can click on what's called a "link" and it opens up a website that shows you the program that tells you detailed information such as "Monday: legs/back ; Tuesday: Biceps/Triceps" etc.

you have an older thread you started that layed out the most simplistic layout of the HST workout program that YOU HAD TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING!!!

honestly, are you just looking for attention in any way possible, even if it's negative attention?

my 12 year old cousin could understand that program written out that way once I told him what the basic terminology, such as deloading, sets, etc. meant
