How much are you concerned about overtraining?

I have muscle mass. Unfortunately, it covered by more fat than I want.

My theory is to work my tail off (no regards to overtraining) until I reach my BF% goal.

After that....we'll see.

^^ I've been down that road before, and what usually ends of happening is this. you bust your ass for a few months, see great result, then you start to see signs of overtraining. The fatique sets in, your metabolism starts slowing, your cns is over loaded, and you begin to regress.

Slow and steady always wins the race.
