Default Pain and buring above elbow?

In the last couple of weeks I have alot of pain and buring above my left elbow and below my tricep when I to barbell extension exercises. it does not hurt any other time or when I do other tricep exercises. It does not hurt to press on it, or to move it just wondering what the problem would be. Any thoughts?

Cut out the extension exercises for now. Are you very strong on them? Sometimes people's triceps can be simply too stong for their elbow's on extensions. Stick to pressing after a rest and see what happens. If it doesn't hurt except only when you do the extensions that's good. Probably will be ok.

Do you do rows and chinups...stuff like that? In this case it may actually be helpful to do some lightweight high rep curls. I know everybody will laugh at me recommending curls but in this case if your dong more extension then flexion that can be a problem.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.
