| I've recently started squatting again but when ever I do them it hurts in the area where the bar rests. I broke a C-7 vertabra in my neck about ten years ago. I've tried putting the bar in different locations but i still have the pain. Any ideas of what i should do? |

But if this kind of thing persists despite qualified guidance and/or intervention then I have to agree with Pohlevan. Sorry to be of little help but I wouldn't try to give advice to someone who's had a broken vertebra in their neck. It's just too dangerous and risky.. |
