Gender: | I've been lifting weights more recently but i've come to realize i like doing exercises that use my body weight as opposed to free weights. Like pushups, pullups, dips, hanging leg raises, crunches, and the plank for core, but i was wondering if anyone knows what would cause the biggest increase in mass in my pecs using only my body weight? But about the core training, i'm not worried about my 6pack because it shows fine, but i don't feel like my core is as strong as it could be. Anyone know any exercises that would help that too? I'm not looking to get huge, hints why i'm using more body weight. i just want a well defined and strong figure. anyone got any ideas? ![]() |

| Rank: Bantamweight | For pushups, put a bunch of textbooks in a backpack, put the backpack on and do the pushups. For core: I like saxon side bends. Bicycle kicks seem to be favored on some sites. You could do lying leg raises and put some weight on your feet. You are eventually going to hit a point of diminishing returns with purely bodyweight exercises. |
