Default Pendulum Spreadsheet

Noone's commented on my Pendulum Training spreadsheet so I can only assume that noone knows about it in the main thread. Hope you guys like it for whoever decides to do it....Eric, Slayer, ect..:cool:

Damn, I've been so pressed for time that I just downloaded the thing and didn't comment. I will use that as my model. It is seriously a big help.
