Gender: | Soooo... a computer teacher is trying to school you on anatomy and physiology? hahahahahaha Quick lesson, if someone isn't familiar with anatomy (or nutrition, or biomechanics, or kinesiology, or anything like that) DON'T count on them for advice in this field. |

Gender: | This thread is funny. Bakkily, if your traps are sore from bicep curls, like sentinel said, something isn't adding up. I would guess that you strained something on another exercise and you only felt it when you hit the bicep curls. I've heard people say their form is good, only to see that their version of good is my version of shit. So unless I see you do the exercise I can't comment on whether your form is actually good or not. I'd guess your form on these is alright since unless your swinging it's hard to fuck up a bicep curl. Check your form on your back exercises and make sure that it's good, it could be the cause of your pain (ie. cumulative injury type of thing). Especially since alot of injuries are not caused by what you're doing at that sepcific moment in time. |

Gender: | ^^^Agree. Gallbladder attacks can refer pain to different places like the back of the shoulder, or the chest so maybe that is what the teacher was talking about. Could be a trigger point. |
