The best way to get rid of the bony look is to eat...You need to eat more than what your eating.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

why don't you write down for us what you eat every day.

Serving size
Calories (protein,cabs,fat)
Everything

This will help us all

^^ Talo is right, chances are your not eating as much as you think you are. Give us a run down, and we will be able to help.

Remember, you are still very young and your body will change quite a bit in the next couple of years. With that being said, I agree that you probably need to eat more to reach your goals so let us know what your diet and routine looks like and we will be better able to help you reach your goals. Good luck and keep focused.

you will def get bigger in the next few years. hey i was big when i was your age, and i just got bigger. i was 240 when i was 14. or you cna loot at some athletes. dennis rodman was 6 feet tall when he went to college. when he wen tto the nba he was 6'9. that is a bets case scenerio but you will grow.

also even though you may eat a lot doesnt mean you eat things that will put weight on you. dont go thinking you have to start eating a whole bunch of heavy things though.

and you are at the age where you should start lifting to. so look through some of those training routines posted. the guys on this forum have a lot of knowledge and def share some good things.

so my advice. post what you are eating and let the guys here critique you, and start doing those good ole excersices normal people hate to do. a2g squats, dead lifts, and pull ups. also hop on that bench and do some military presses. look up some routines and get the ones that fits you and listen to what people post about yrou diet

MONSTAFACE's Sig:OH SHIT!!!! ITS THE COPS!!!!

I wish there was an entity that represented the term "injury" if it was, i would find it and beat the living shit out of it!!!!!

yes......i just type and press enter, i dont proofread i did enough of that in college. you know what i meant when i typed it anyway
