Gender: | I had done a workout for a little while that didn't have any bicep or tricep exercises. I think I did some shoulders though. I was doing something like power cleans, deadlifts, squats, military press, and bench presses. I do some triceps and biceps now, but I don't do much. I use just the basic stuff, and a power cage. I have to admit, though, I would be inclined to use Hammer Strength iso-lateral machines a lot if they had them. Troy |

Gender: | Heavy compound movements will do far more for arm development than isolation exercises every time. Although I will admit some direct arm work may be beneficial though care must be taken to avoid overtraining. |
