Also remember that stretching will make you loose strength for your workout. Just make sure it's a light stretch... | |

| warmup... I just do 25-50 jumping jacks, or run around the house chasing my puppy. It wakes my body up,and gets blood flowing after sitting all day. I would say any sort brisk cardio would work. dont doo too much, i would say no morethan 5 min. Ten I start with bar for my first erxerxise, and warm up. I also enjoy extreme stretching. sometimes it can be killer if you hit your muscle too hard. |

| An old friend of mine once told me to do light squats (I use 135, 3 sets of 15) before every heavy workout. The quads are the biggest muscle and they get the blood and supplements pumping through your body fast before you hit the real weights. Been doing this for a while and, if nothing else, gets my momentum going for a great workout. |

Gender: | Been doing Squats real heavy, 225 pounds for 4 sets of 10 reps, but I'll try them every day, I do them two times a week. Darn, it makes it hectic for me, legs do dang sore that I sometimes I don't evan wanna go run. Lol. |

Gender: | I don't do a warm-up thing really, most of my pre-work out things I do start with the heavy crap. Do bench real hard and lift up to my max sometimes with over 60 reps in doing bench. Do Squats as my first thing in lower body with 225, 5x10. |

Chins (underhand grip) works just about every muscle in the body except for legs. I use a crate to start. I slowly lower myself down to the crate, then jump back up to the bar and go again. |
