Default Poundage target?

I need a poundage target for these exercises. Is there a way to figure out a round-a -bout goal weight for these exercises using a formula for your body weight?

Squats:
Deadlifts:
Bench press:
Standing shoulder press:
Bent over rows:

Nope.
Some systems give you an estimate but it's not always accurate and it doesn't use your weight. WestSide, I think gives projections but I'm not sure. Just keep bumping up the weight gradually.
