| I've just started a to work out a bit, and the thing I want to concentrate the msot on is my chest, because it's what's least developed... I found a video on youtube that told me to to push-ups on two benches to develop my pecs (i'm not planning on spending a lot of money on equipment any time soon, so i'm using two chairs) now i'm already noticing the difference after a few days, but i've notices that the side of my pecs is developing more than the middle...and i'm a bit afraid of doing something wrong so i get a real 'pit' in my chest... What are some good (and preferably cheap) exercises to work on the middle of the pecs ? thanks! |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | I agree. My brother had huge round pecs when he was working out a lot...could have worn a bra. I'm about as cut as he was then, but I am bench pressing more now and my chest isn't shaped the same (looks smaller). Lucky bastard... |

Gender: | try sitting straight up and pressing your hands together in front of your chest. it should look kinda like you are praying. hold it for about 30 secs. it works for developing the inner pecs. just becuase your chest is "pitted" dosent mean it is genetics or that its going to stay that way. my chest was the same way until i started to doing that workout and flys in my workouts. |

| Rank: New Member Experience: 10+ Years | I think cable flyes are a great exercise to try.....or the slide pushups. Get two towels on a wooden floor and slide your hands out on the way down, then in on the way up. They are pretty difficult, you should squeeze extremely hard up the top to get the full benefit. Hope that helps |
