Default Progress...

So I've been doing the Bill Star 5X5 for quite some time now and modified a few things and have had spectacular results. I'm almost 200 lbs now at 5'9 with 10% bf. Here's are some of my numbers.

Start: Bench ( 5x5) 185lbs
Squat (5x5) 275lbs
B. Over Rows (5x5) 165lbs
Deadlift (5x5) 195lbs
Dumbell Military Press (3x10) 80lbs

Current: Bench (5x5) 245lbs
Squat (5x5) 335lbs
B. Over Rows (5x5) 215lbs
Deadlift (5x5) 275lbs
Dumbell Military Press (3x10) 150lbs

I've love this program and in conjunction with a good diet will give fatastic results. You can get big without roids and such. This is also considering I do 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week.

Skeetopunk01's Sig:ASG squat max: 435lbs
Bench: 300lbs
Current Weight: 193lbs
BF% 9.5
Age: 25
Height: 5'9

are you sure your going down far enough on the squats? im not very fimiliar with that 5x5 but you shouldn't be deadlifting less then your squating. unless your form is wrong on one or both of the lifts.

I've always had strong legs so squats has always been by best lift. My problem with the deads is my forarms give out before my back. I simply can't hold the weight towards the end... I think I need some straps ASAP.

Straps will help, but I would only use them for the heaviest sets so your forearms still get stimulated with enough work to grow. You can get a good pair online fairly cheap.

Oh man... I don't know how I forgot this part but I shrug the 275 very high on every rep so that's why I'm only doing 275lbs on Deads. That's a lot of weight to dead and shrug without dropping the weight towards the end. Forarms can only take so much... know what I mean.

This doesn't make sense to me, how can your Dumbell MP be so high and your bench be so low in comparison. 150 on a Dumbell press is a lot, even 150 DB for bench press is a lot. Did you mean Barbell? If so then it would make sense.
Also, what is the time frame we are looking at from start to current?
