Default question about weight gain

im 16 yrs old...and i wanna be more cut, ripped, defined w/e u wanna call it...I used to be 160lbs, so i decided that if i want to be more muscular looking i would have to put on some weight im up to 175lbs now, but some of its's bad weight..is that still going to be ok. I mean will i be able to change that fat into muscle and then what I dont change, hopefully lose it? or do i need to lose the bad weight first and then train hard?

Fat doesn't turn into muscle. You can try to lose fat while gaining muscle.

This is not much different than your previous thread in which you said you wanted to lose fat while retaining strength. Some other people have already replied to that. Why a new thread?Have your goals substantially changed?

How tall are you? I can't imagine you are that fat if at all. You young guys have a slight pudge and think your fat. You waste time trying to lose it and will never gain any muscle. You need to put together a clean diet and grow.
