Gender: | I find that people usually get bored when their progress slows down. If you consistently go into the gym and lift heavier and heavier weights, you're probably going to be pretty excited for the next workout to see how much more you can do. That's my experience anyway...maybe I'm just fucked up |

Gender: | im with kane here, even ith rippetoes. as long as the weights are going up im interested in how hard my next lift is going to be. but when i stagnate i get bored and occationally skip days to nap after school, but then again im pretty lazy... |
