Not necessarily, post your workout so others can see it, also are you eating right? Either one could be why you are not gaining any strength.
Post your stats also.
Weight
Height
Bf%

And bout 30 mins of cardio thrown in to your work out really wont hurt much.

Just my 2 cents

Bench 300lb 1x3
Squat 425lb 1x3
Deadlift Till my arms fall off
Warning: Don't work out at your own risk.

The reason why you're not gaining is right there.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]

"Shut up and squat!"

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"

That may be true, unless he used to be working out a body part every day of the week say for maybe 6 days/week, but now may be doing 5x5 where he is only doing 3days/week. My guess would be due to some combination of lack of: proper diet, routine, intensity.

who is 'they'? Why change if you can still add weight to the bar..even then why switch programs entirely?

I've been noticing this trend alot lately and not just on the forum...Alot of people (not you specifically ONDraft) need to stop getting hung up on specific time frames and worrying about 'switching it up' to prevent overtraining or to 'shock' the muscles into growth. Suck everything you can out of every program you do...

If you haven't been into working out that much maybe the 5x5 is starting to bore you? If it is still working it would be a good idea to stick with it, but if your not enthusiastic about training then IMO that's a bad move
