Default Quick Qestion About Weight Loss

If I have been gradually losing weight through diet and excercise, if i continue the same diet and excercse pattern how much wieght/ how long will my weight continue to drop. I have lost around 25 pounds so far in about a year and I was wandering if I kept the exact same diet and excercise program would I be able to lose 10 more if i wanted to? Or would I have to burn more calories or eat less calories now that I weigh less? Im not sure if this is an obvious question or not but I figured I would keep up the same diet and excercis program I have been on to lost 10 more pounds unless I have to eat less or exercise longer/harder now. Thanks in advance for the replies.

It depends on how tall you are and what weight are you at now through diet and exercise your body will find a weight that its balanced at Example say you go down to 160lbs and if thats the weight your body is fit for then it really shouldnt go below that. Unless you were to lose all the muscle you gained and in that process didnt gain any fat then you could drop more weight but once your body hits that "fit weight" if you want to call it that then from their you can either maintain it or gradually gain weight but as muscle not as fat. But for now tell your height and current weight.
