if my muscle doesnt hurt the next that means its not growing???

No. DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is not necessarily an indicator of growth.

I agree with IronBull in that DOMS is not an indicator of growth.

I'd say its only bad if it affects a workout.

DOMS is as much an indicator of growth as SWEATING is! You'll grow more if the sweat can roll down your cheeks between sets.

In all seriousness, as long as you're being progressive adding weight to the bar, and eating as much clean foods as possible, you shouldn't have any problems growing.

Remember too that even something as small as 2 lbs added every month adds up to 24 pounds of mass in a year!

0311 hit the nail on the head. It doesn't matter how fast you progress as long as you continue to progress and eat as clean as possible you will do fine.
