if my muscle doesnt hurt the next day that means its not growing???

personally, i love the feeling the next day when it hurts your pecs to walk. its awesome. or when your legs literaly wont let you go up stairs and you need to go up on all fours. but then again im crazy. it doesn't mean your not growing, it just means you cant feel it growing. im like that in my biceps, they get stronger, but they dont get sore. im odd like that...
