Default Rehab Work Out.

I just got my cast off last week and I just got the use of my hand back so I am going to start rehabilitating and made up a little workout. I do 2 sets 15-20 reps for each exercise because I need to tone up and get use to the weight.

BenchPress: 20lb
Incline BP: 20lb
BB Curls: 10lb
Tri Ext: 10lb
Tri Press: 20lb
Shou.Press: 20lb
UprightRow: 20lb

I dont need any help with my rehab routine but was just wondering if it would be ok if I did it everyday because it is so light or do I need to rest a day or two after?

U will be fine, just dont workout the same body parts everyday. Man, how can u mess with weights that light, I would feel like a friggin pussey if I were to lift those pink weights.

I've broken bones before and you do need to give it some rest but what you can do if say your doing curls. Take a heavier weight in your good hand and a lighter one in your rehab hand and do that. Bodies have semitry and muscle has memory. Trust me you won't get all uneven, infact by doing this you will stay more even as you build up the one side.
