Default Rippetoe's program

Is it possible to use DB bench instead of barbell bench?

^^ no....

if you do db bench, it gets MORE difficult to progress....

dont change anything....do the program as its written....rippetoe wasnt an idiot....if he said bb bench, then he must've had a jolly good reason...

I would keep the Barbell Bench for the simple reason that you can do alot more weight on BB than you can DB.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]
