| Hi, y'all. I did mostly legs last night, and I didn't do cardio, but it is too soon if I do cardio tonight? My legs are slightly sore, mostly in the glutes, some in the quads, and a bit in the hams. When I run, I do about two miles on a treadmill, using the HIIT technique. Thanks in advance. -John |

| Hmm, interesting. I usually run right after workouts. I'll see how this works out. I hear you on the hydrating, Hrd. I hydrate throughout the day, before WOs, during, and after. It sounds like a lot, but I am naturally big-bodied, and I handle it well. Also, I've seen some evidence that potassium helps to prevent cramps. I was cramping up a while back, but I've been taking some K, and it hasn't affected me since. A cramp on the treadmill...if that happened to me, I'd @ least hope that a buddy had a camera, to send the vid. to Amer.'s Funniest Home Vids!!! Thanks a LOT for all of you help. -John |
