Default Seeing a difference everywhere expect...

My midsection, what do I need to do different? More ad excersies or more cardio?

Read the "how to cut" sticky in the fatloss forum. You'll have results with a combination of good diet & cardio. You can't spot reduce, so no reason to do just a TON of ab exercises.

Both. Men's bodies concentrate fat around the midsection, so cardio is a must. Post your stats so we can give you better advice, though. Things like weight, age, goals, current strength, things like that.

Definitely a good place to start, but like Otis said we need more info in order to better advise you, so post up your current diet and routine and we will let you know what we can do to help. Good luck.
