Default Serious strenght training.... feedback

Guys, need your advice.I read the bok "Serious Strenght training" from Human Kinetics. Very good book. Emphasize the periodization principle to build a year around program.

As any of other guys here have read this book? If so, what do u think of the training programs that are given in this book?
