Gender: | well il let u guys convert this 10 of 95kg flat bench 95kg incline bench db. 42.5 x 2 ovisly 80kg single leg deep leg press 120kg dead lifts (back vertion) 17.5 suprnated curls that about me and im happy with all that except flat bench i wanna inprove in the next 3 mounths |
