it depends on how many sets and reps u are doing. but why dont u go read up the Why Arent You Growing sticky?

i do 3 or 4 sets-------- whats the deal with that 5x5 work out does it work or not i been working out for about six months now and im tryin to find somthing thats works

buddy 5x5 is a proven success....

but ur not up for it

u need to do Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength for Beginners Program. go read up on my old journal "Anuj's Journal" its all there in that.
