| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Due to getting a small influx of personal messages, I'll address the spreadsheet situation. I don't hold onto things I made over a year ago. I printed everything out, wrote down ALL my numbers and thoughts, and filed it away. The only thing I think I've kept was an old advanced german volume training program that I provided back in the day for clutchfitness.... Don't ask. Additionally, if I DID have them, I wouldn't just continue responding to pm's from everyone with a post count of zero.. People who don't ADD anything to the forum. If myself and *I'm sure* a lot of other senior members here answered all the questions from people too afraid to post or contribute, then there wouldn't be a need for this forum.. |

Gender: | Guys if you really need a spreadsheet for the DFT 5x5 you can get it at this site: http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/table_of_contents_thread.htm#PART%20I:%20The%20Pro gram Just choose the program level then scroll down to download the excel spreadsheet. 0311's was a little easier on the eyes but you have to realize it was also customized for his routine, so it is probably better that you all start with a basic one and then add in your own routine customizations. |
