Thank God. My shoulder finally finished healing. It feels so great to be able to do all the things i was doing before, while my bench has dropped slightly, everything else is on point. I am really getting into this diet. Problem is i am always hungry, is this a bad thing??? Also found a great way to get cheap protien. Canned meats i was thinking about tuna when i did it, But Canned Roast beef and Chicken. Wow 48 Grams in one can... Are you kidding. For 50cents max. Not the best tasting but faster and cheaper then fixing your own. Dont really have to heat it up. But anyways thank you all for helping me walk my way back into starting over. Also i am going to take that stack by anablolic xtreme that i mentioned earlier. <<<Would it be ok to finish the rest of my superdrol with it>>> I stopped when i got hurt
