diet? hmmm... i don't got a planned diet really... cereal in morning, steak, pot roast in the evening. taco bell (i'm still 15, so how can i cut down on fast food and still look good?)
my routine is pretty much like... arms monday, wednesday, friday. chest and abs tuesday and thursday... i play alotta basketball and run too.

my arms go like: bicep curls, 5 sets of 30/ hammer curls, 5 sets of 20.
chest: 100 pushups
abs: at least 50 declined crunches with 6 second abs at the highest resistance.

6'1", 180lbs.? That sounds pretty slim. Sounds like you need to bulk up. Keep in mind, in order to gain, you're going to have to EAT, and not Taco Bell, that shit should be illegal. It's important to make sure your routine covers all body parts IMO. Make a decent all around routine and eat like a mutha and you should be good. Gonna take a while to look like Roy Jones Jr. though...

Also, a decent choice if you have no option but to eat fast is deli sandwiches (turkey, mustard only, and veggies on wheat, cold roast beef is good also) or if you can get your hands on chicken bowls, etc.

Well first you are doing to many reps. You should want to stay in 6-12 rep range if you want to get bigger like Jones. Also you are doing to many sets, 2-3 sets is good. I would recommend getting your self some kind of protien shakes or bars (I use Shakes) and eat alot is all I have to say. Eat atleast 3 meals a day to bulk up.

Make that 6 small meals vice the previously mentioned 3. Eating more often speeds up your metabolism and will nourish your body throughout the day keeping you in postive nitrogen balance.
