well for doing the squats make sure you are squating off yrou heels instead of yoru tiptoes. a lot of people who dont squat often make that mistake which leads to your knees hurting. im not saying that is what you do, but it can be sometihng to look at. yoru knee should only bother you at first, and after that it wont be bad. just try to stay to correct form

Well to update...

I had a great time in the gym tonight. I now understand why people hate Squats haha.

I cleaned my routine up. And felt just as good, if not better after tonight's workout.

Dips
Chest Press
Chin
Barbell Curl
Deadlift

Started soft with some pushups and back extensions. Then I went into my workout. Plus I threw in some Squats. Not too many, just to test them out. I was amazed at how it felt after just 2x5. My quads have never felt so good after a workout.
