what supplements should i be taking

im tryin to gain muscle and loss fat

im taking l-glutamine,flaxsed oil,centrum multivitamin,and muscle milk is this good for me if not what should i take

Personally I don't think you can really lose a significant amount of fat while losing alot of muscle...perhaps I'm wrong. I would select a specific goal such as either losing weight or gaining muscle then that would determine exactly which supplement you would be using. Need more information on specific goal IMO

More importantly, what are you eating? If you aren't getting at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, you might want a protein supplement.

Creatine is a safe, proven supplement to help you lift.

Other than that, the multi-v and flaxseed oil are ok.

Why are you taking the glutamine?

What is a must ahve is food with enough protein. That's it.

Creating can help.

Multi-vitamins never hurt.

If you are just starting out, you should be able to throw on muscle pretty easily if your diet is in check and your workouts have sufficient intensity.
