Default TBT program

Hi Guys, I am a little confused. Are the warm up sets included in the TBT program or are they in addition to what C.W. is saying to do in the program?

Warm-Ups are not usually included in programs. Only what counts is included. You are not going to need to warm-up for every exercise in these full body workouts. If, for instance, you do squats first and warm up for them, you should be good to go.

You're welcome, Frank. And good luck with this. I'm all about full-body programs so kudos on that.
