That type of designation: 30x0 would mean a 3 second negative (eccentric portion designated by the 3) followed by no pause (designated by the 0) and an explosive positive (concentric, designated by the X) followed by no pause at the top (designated by the last 0)..so on and so forth.

Waterbury will drown you or bury you in details, take your pick. Then leave you without a shovel or a lifejacket, take your pick.

And there you will flounder while waiting for the next brilliant article to solve all your problems.

Thanks a lot that makes a whole lot more sence. He deff. has a unique way of wording his articles. I get what you mean when you say he leaves you hanging sometimes.

At least he didn't hit you with something like 4121 tempo. Just what I want is to be trying to remember a bunch of numbers while I'm lifting. Some of CT's shit is even worse in that regard.

LOL yeah I feel you on that one. I try to remember everything when I hit the gym, but sometimes I have to lug around a journal with me to remember. Always a pain in the ass for me.
