| The left side of my abs appear larger and more defined then the right. I read this could be a result of genetics or could it be just poor form resulting in a muscle imbalance? Any thoughts on how to correct this? |

Just do less weight and concentrate more on form...or same weight, but make sure you put a lot of focus on form. I have a tendency to compensate to one side when I'm doing squats...especially heavy, but I always watch myself. Don't try to train your smaller side more...just use good form and it should even out. |
