| Hi guys. I'm after a workout routine to suit me. Pretty much for my body, strength and the results i'm wanting. Is there a section on bb.net that has different people's routine's, for different body types and results etc. I'm pretty new to the site so I don't know my way around the whole site. Thanks for any help |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | There is a list of different routines stickied in the training forum. I would look through those if I were you. Check through people's personal journals and that will give you an idea of what you can expect from the different routines. |
